Our Orange City office is located on N. Volusia Ave (US-17), a main corridor through central Volusia County. It is easy to reach from Deltona, DeLand, DeBary, and communities along the US-17 and I-4 corridor. Free parking is available on site.
This location offers full rheumatology evaluations, follow-up care, and infusion therapy. New patients are welcome. A referral from your primary care provider is required for your first visit.

We're located at 1639 N. Volusia Ave, Suite B in Orange City, on US-17 just south of Saxon Blvd. Free parking is available in the lot in front of the building.
FROM I-4 (Deltona / DeLand area)
- Take Exit 114 (Saxon Blvd / Orange City)
- Head east on Saxon Blvd, then turn south on N. Volusia Ave (US-17)
- 1639 N. Volusia Ave is on your right. Look for Suite B.
FROM US-17 (DeLand / Daytona area)
- Head south on US-17 through Orange City
- Pass Saxon Blvd — the building is on your right shortly after
- 1639 N. Volusia Ave, Suite B. Free parking in front.
