Dr. Kathlyn Camargo is a board-certified rheumatologist with a strong academic and research background spanning adult and internal medicine care. She brings extensive experience in medical education, clinical research, and quality improvement to her practice.
Dr. Camargo completed her rheumatology fellowship and chief residency through the University of Central Florida/HCA GME Consortium in Orlando, FL, where she also served on faculty, lecturing internal medicine residents and medical students on topics including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory myositis, scleroderma, and rheumatology lab interpretation. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and presented her research at national and international conferences, including the ACR Convergence and the EULAR Congress.

Dr. Camargo specializes in the diagnosis and management of rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory myositis, scleroderma, vasculitis, and complex autoimmune conditions. Her research background includes quality improvement work on vaccination protocols for immunosuppressed rheumatology patients.
